Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Before the end of the auction, send by e-mail to the address: Tatyana.Kucher@x5.ru and upload the following documents to the ETP:
1. signed by the responsible person Appendices # 3, # 6;
2. a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in electronic Excel format (all items are required, changing the table format is strictly prohibited); You can find instructions for filling in Appendix # 7;
3. scanned copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (no later than a month ago at the time of submission);
4. Documents confirming that the spacecraft has sufficient production resources to provide services under the contract:
• information on the average number of employees for 2019 and Q1 2020;
• staffing table;
• confirmation of payment of salary taxes (personal income tax and contributions to social funds) for 2019 and Q1 2020;
• reports with data on insured persons sent to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, as well as certificates of income of individuals in the form of 2-NDFL for 2019 and 1 quarter of 2020; when submitting reports via telecommunications channels, copies with marks of their acceptance or receipts from a special communications operator.
5. Accounting statements of the counterparty for 2019 and Q1 2020
If a complete package of documents is not provided, the counterparty will be disqualified.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
