Comments:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer also has the right to refuse to request prices at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Participants must "load" all the documentation specified in the files: "List of statutory documents to counterparties", documents indicated in "Questionnaire on labor protection", "List of documents to contractors".
The provision of recommendations and letters of thanks from Customers for the last three years of work is welcome.
The coefficient cannot be greater than 1.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
