Payment terms:payment within 30 days from the date of signing the act of all works and services performed by both parties.
Delivery terms:start of Works – November 15, 2018.
Completion of works – March 31, 2019 (hereinafter-annually from November to March). All transport costs of the executor, as well as the costs of special equipment necessary for the provision of services, should be taken into account in the cost of services. Works should be carried out with obligatory use of the equipment ensuring safety of rolling stock.
After the work of the contractor in the body of the wagon must be completely absent snow, props and remnants of previously transported goods. The executor should provide the workers with overalls (a signal vest, a helmet protective orange, mittens), to equip a service premise (a wagon-a caravan, a container-a house-house).
