Payment terms:Payment terms:
1) Advance payments are made only to Contractors who have passed basic accreditation from the Customer and received a positive conclusion on financial stability. Otherwise, the advance payment is not carried out.
2) The amount of the advance payment is not more than 30% of the total estimated cost and not more than the total cost of the materials included in the estimate.
3) If the amount of the advance is 5 million rubles or more, the conditions described in paragraphs 14.9-14.11 of the draft Contract (see Appendix 7 to the Notice of Purchase) apply when the Contractor provides a bank guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to refund the advance payment (advance payment).
4) If the construction work completion period is more than 60 calendar days, then payment for the work performed is carried out in stages with a delay period agreed upon by the results of the procurement procedure, from the date of signing of COP-2, COP-3 for the work actually performed without comments from the Customer.
5) The Customer's conditions for the deferred payment period - 90 calendar days.
Other conditions of deferred payment are the subject of bargaining during the period of rebidding due to the improvement of other conditions (prices, deadlines for work, if the deadlines are set by the Customer in the Technical Task).
Delivery terms:The scope of work, deadlines, and requirements for the performance of work are presented in the Terms of Reference and Appendices (Appendices 1, 1.1-1.3 to the Notice of the Procurement Procedure).
