Construction and installation work must be carried out in accordance with the RD in full - Installation of RVS- 3700 m3 metal structures in the amount of 6 pcs.

The deadline for completing the work is specified in clause 5 of the Terms of Reference.

Requirements for Bidders of the procurement procedure are specified in clause 10 of the Terms of Reference.

The Technical and Commercial Proposal must necessarily contain the following information:
1. Terms of payment (advance payment is possible under a bank guarantee).
2. Terms of work.
3. The warranty period for the work performed.

Attach documents to the Technical and Commercial Proposal:
- SRO extract with admission to construction and installation works at especially hazardous capital construction facilities;
- resource reference (confirm the experience of building similar facilities with general contract agreements and Acceptance Certificates of completed works (according to f. KS-11);
- agreement with the proposed terms of the agreement;
- local estimate (EXCEL, Grand ESTIMATE in the current edition;
- letter of agreement with the terms of the agreement.

When making a technical and commercial offer on the basis of LSR, specify:
- The total cost of work on LSR.
- The cost of the SMR minus all materials (MAT on the RVP + auxiliary materials).
- The total cost of the MAT = the cost of the RVP + the cost of auxiliary materials.
- The cost of the MTR for the RVP is not taken into account when choosing the Winner.
