To participate in the request for proposals of JSC "ELMA", you must send the following set of documents for your organization according to the list below, certified with the seal of the counterparty organization and the signature of its head ("THE COPY IS CORRECT"):
1. Offer and 2nd offer sheet (ref. list);
2. Scope of work statement;
3. Counterparty card;
4. A copy of the decision on the appointment of the director;
5. A copy of the passport of the director (a person who has the right to act on behalf of the counterparty without a power of attorney) – the first sheet and the registration sheet;
6. A copy of the contractor's representative's passport and the original power of attorney for it;
7. Certificates of registration with the tax authority
8. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
All documentation must be attached to the application on the B2B platform.
The full-time staff of the company must be at least 5 people to be accredited by the SB.
This Invitation is not an offer. The COMPANY reserves the right to accept any of the Tender Offers or not to accept any of them. Any tender offer that does not meet the requirements of the Invitation documents or contains provisions that contradict them may be rejected. The COMPANY is not obliged to explain the reasons for the refusal to accept the offer, as well as to enter into any further negotiations or correspondence with the Bidder in connection with the refusal to accept the Tender Offer.
VALIDITY OF TENDER OFFERS
The tender offer must be a firm offer and have a validity period, during which it can be accepted by the COMPANY, of at least 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tender offers. The COMPANY has the right to reject a tender offer whose validity period is less than the specified period.

Definition

SUBCONTRACTOR / JOINT VENTURES
If the Bidder offers to involve any other company (whether affiliated with it or not) in the provision of services, or any part of the services, such involvement will put the other company in the position of a subcontractor who will not be a party to any contract concluded between the COMPANY and the Bidder. All major subcontractors must be specified.
EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER PROPOSALS
Only those Tender Proposals that the COMPANY considers to be fully compliant with the tender documentation are evaluated.
After the stage of evaluation of applications and commercial offers of participants, 4 most profitable ones will be selected according to economic and technical criteria and invited to the stage of negotiations with the stage of bidding regarding the initially declared value.
The term of the contract is 20 days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the purchase by the customer.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Tender Participant's offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the offer by sending a written notice by the COMPANY to the Tender Participant. The BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Bidder for clarification or modification of the Bidder's offer, or may accept the Bidder's offer without any discussion or agreement on the terms of the Bidder's offer.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
The COMPANY is not responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the agreement of the terms of the contract.
