Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (the list of banks is in Appendix 5 of the Procurement Documentation).

2. Calculate the contractual cost using the resource method (the cost of resources must correspond to the cost declared by Chelinform Center)
4. Prior to the commencement of the work, the Contractor on his own develops a project for the production of works, a project for the production of works by cranes (PPR, PPRk) in 2 copies and coordinates them with the Customer;
5. The Contractor shall carry out incoming control of the working documentation (RD) transferred to him for the production of works within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of its receipt;
6. Delivery and acceptance of works is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 68.13330.2017 Set of rules "Acceptance of completed construction projects. Basic provisions "
7. Acceptance of works is carried out in stages, on a monthly basis. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Act of the work performed (form No. KS-2), no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) and an invoice of the standard established in the Russian Federation.
8. The contractor is obliged to transfer to the Customer the as-built documentation drawn up in accordance with the requirements of RD-11-02-2006.
9. All generated wastes of IV hazard class, formed as a result of the work, the Contractor undertakes to independently take out for placement, disposal and neutralization with supporting documents.
10. Signing the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6 of the Procurement Documentation);
11. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, housing lease agreements, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
12. Signing of the DS to the contract for the provision of PPE (Appendix 7 of the Procurement Documentation).
