Comments:
The scope of work is determined according to the Tax Code and includes, but is not limited to:
- 25/10-18- PJ.1.ES
- 25/10-18- PJ.2. SS
Construction and installation work must be carried out in accordance with the Tax Code in full.

When changes are released, new sections of the project that are not listed in the list are transferred to the winner of the Call for Bidding.
If additional source data or clarifications to them are required, the Contractor shall request the Customer in writing.

The offer must contain the cost of materials and equipment necessary to perform the QMS, taking into account delivery to the facility.
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Standard nomenclature List of supplies of materials, products and equipment (attached).

The estimated documentation is developed on the basis of the Procedure for determining the price of works, the requirements of this Procedure are mandatory for use (attached).
Making changes to the estimated documentation of the Customer posted on the E-Marketplace is prohibited. The estimated documentation with the adjustments of the Bidder of the procurement procedure will not be accepted for consideration. The only exception is to make changes to the scope of work in the case when the customer did not specify them.

Term of work:
Registration and delivery of IRD – 15 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract;
Preparatory work, including staff mobilization, organization and arrangement of the construction site – 10 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract;

Requirements for the Contractor:
1) The availability of a certificate of registration in the SRO with admission to perform construction and installation work at particularly hazardous capital construction facilities;
2) Resource reference (availability and list of equipment, equipment and human resources);
3) Availability of qualified, certified personnel and having the appropriate confirmations - protocols (IT and workers), including electrical engineering with the 5th electrical safety group and persons responsible for the safe production of work by lifting mechanisms.

Scanned copies of the necessary documents are attached to the Technical and Commercial Proposals (extract of the SRO, with admission to especially dangerous objects; resource certificate; agreement with the proposed terms of the contract).

The cost of the main materials in the estimates is indicated for reference and is used to correctly determine the limited costs, the cost of the main MTR is not taken into account when choosing the Winner (the winner is determined by the cost of work).
After determining the Winner by the cost of the SMR, the Winner coordinates the cost of the main materials with the Customer's MTO service in the RVP format at the time of conclusion of the contract.

The Technical and Commercial Proposal must necessarily contain the following information:
1. Terms of payment (advance payment is possible under BG).
2. Terms of work.
3. The warranty period for the work performed.

Appendices to the Technical and Commercial Proposal:
1. Local estimate (EXCEL, Grand ESTIMATE not lower than version 10, in the database of the Krasnodar Territory (2014 edition);
2. The dividing list of delivery;
3. Extract from the SRO registry;
4. Resource reference (availability and list of equipment, equipment and human resources).
5. Letter of agreement with the terms of the agreement.

заполнить анкету контрагента согласно своей организационно-правовой форме и в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после получения уведомления о признании победителем /резервистом закупки, подать заявку на аккредитацию, предоставив все необходимые для этого документы.
