Proposals are accepted through the B2B-Center Platform.
The works must be completed in full according to: Technical Specification No. 67 _904 - dated 09/18/2023 for the production of works.
Delivery of materials is carried out in accordance with the Standard nomenclature dividing list of supply of materials (RVP), products and equipment (Appendix 1) and on the basis of the RVP.

Your Technical and Commercial Proposal must necessarily contain information in accordance with the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as Requirements Specification):
1. The cost of SMR (excluding materials).
2. The cost of auxiliary materials (if not provided, specify "0" rubles. or not provided).
3. The cost of basic materials with indication in the Technical and Commercial Proposal (for reference): ___ (The actual cost of materials will be agreed with the Customer's MTO at the stage of approval and execution of the contract).
4. Terms of payment (advance payment is possible under a bank guarantee, with the indication of the guarantor's bank).
5. Terms of work.
6. The warranty period for the work performed.


Appendices to the Technical and Commercial Proposal:
1. Local estimates in two formats (Excel, Grand ESTIMATE software 2021.1 in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
2. Agreement with the terms, type and form of the contract for the implementation of the CMP. In case of disagreement with the terms of a Standard Subcontracting Agreement, the Bidder, without fail, shall attach a Protocol of Disagreement to the Technical and Commercial Proposal for further coordination of the terms of the Protocol with the Customer.

Requirements for the Contractor specified in clause 10 of the Terms of Reference:
1. Availability of a certificate of registration of SRO with admission to perform construction and installation work at particularly hazardous capital construction facilities.
2. Resource certificate (availability and list of machinery, equipment and human resources with seal and signature),
3. Confirmation of the availability of qualified personnel (IT and workers) for the declared types of work.

When making a technical and commercial proposal based on the LSR, specify:
- The total cost of work on LSR.
- The cost of the SMR minus all materials (MAT on the RVP + auxiliary materials).
- The total cost of the MAT = the cost of the RVP + the cost of auxiliary materials.
- The cost of the MTR for the RVP is not taken into account when choosing the Winner.
