ACTION OF TENDER OFFERS

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS

ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER OFFER
The tender Participant's offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the offer by sending written notice by the COMPANY to the Participant of the tender. THE BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Tender Participant to obtain clarification or change of the tender Participant's offer or may accept the tender Participant's offer without any discussion or approval of the terms of the tender Participant's offer.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
