Delivery terms:- The location of the facility, the range of export of business timber and logging residues: in accordance with the transport scheme (Appendix 1).
- Scope of work: in accordance with the statement of scope of work p. 143-180 (Appendix 2).
- The location of the plots and the estimated area of forest clearing: in accordance with the table "Area of forest clearing" (Appendix 3).

1. A commercial offer indicating the cost of the work (Divided in the Technical and Commercial Proposal the cost of work on forest clearing and the cost of transportation of timber, felling residues), payment terms, terms.

3. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book.balance of 2022 and 2-3 quarter of 2023, reference beneficiaries, staffing, for IP: certificate of TIN, SNILS).
