To participate in the request for proposals of JSC "ELMA" it is necessary to send the following package of documents for your organization according to the list below, certified by the seal of the counterparty organization and its signature Head ("COPY OF VERNA"):

1. Offer and 2nd offer list (ref.list);
2. Counterparty card;
3. Copy of the decision on appointment of the director;
4. Copy of the passport of the director (the person who has the right to act on behalf of the counterparty without power of attorney) - the first sheet and the registration sheet;
5. Copy of the passport of the contractor's representative and the original power of attorney for him
6. Certificates of registration with the tax authority
7. Extract from EGRUL

All documentation must be attached to the application at the B2B site.

The staff number of the company must be at least 5 people for accreditation by the Security Council.

This Invitation is not an offer. SOCIETY reserves the right to accept or accept any of the Tender Offers. Any tender offer that does not meet the requirements of the Invitation documents or contains provisions contrary to them may be rejected. THE COMPANY has no obligation to explain the reasons for refusing to accept the offer, nor to enter into any further negotiations or correspondence with the Participant in connection with the refusal to accept Tender offer.

ACTION OF TENDER OFFERS
The tender offer must constitute a firm offer and have an expiration period during which it may be accepted by the COMPANY, at least 50 (fifty) calendar days from the expiration deadline for submission of tender offers. THE COMPANY has the right to reject a tender offer whose validity period is less than the specified period.

CORRESPONDENCE AND REQUESTS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS INVITATION

Definition
The term "lump - sum price" means that the price offered by the Tender shall include all costs associated with the Participant's execution of the relevant amount of work (including, in addition to other things, labor costs, materials, overhead and margin) and that the Tender shall perform the appropriate amount of work at the specified price, regardless of actual costs Participant of the tender.

SUBCONTRACTOR/JOINT VENTURES
If the Tender Participant proposes the involvement of any other company (both affiliated with it and not) in the provision of services or any part of the services, such attraction will put another company in the position of a subcontractor who will not be a party to any contract concluded between the COMPANY and the Participant of the tender. All major subcontractors must be listed.

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS
Only those Tender Offers which SOCIETY deems fully conforming to the tender documents are evaluated.
After the evaluation phase of bids and commercial proposals, the participants will be selected the 4 most advantageous for economic and technical criteria and invited to the stage of negotiations with the tendering phase regarding originally stated value.
The term of conclusion of the contract is 20 days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the purchase

ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER OFFER
The tender Participant's offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the offer by sending written notice by the COMPANY to the Participant of the tender. THE BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Tender Participant to obtain clarification or change of the tender Participant's offer or may accept the tender Participant's offer without any discussion or approval of the terms of the tender Participant's offer.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
THE COMPANY shall not be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the Tender Participant in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the negotiation of the terms of the contract.

2. Best cost and essential delivery conditions
3. Visiting the facility before submitting documentation
4. Confirmation of similar experience
