To participate in the request for proposals of JSC "ELMA", you must send the following set of documents for your organization according to the list below, certified with the seal of the counterparty organization and the signature of its head ("THE COPY IS CORRECT"):

1. Offer and the 2nd offer sheet (ref. list);
2. Statement of the scope of work;
3. Counterparty card;
4. A copy of the decision on the appointment of the director;
5. A copy of the passport of the director (a person who has the right to act on behalf of the counterparty without a power of attorney) – the first sheet and the registration sheet;
6. A copy of the passport of the contractor's representative and the original power of attorney for him;
7. Certificates of registration with the tax authority
8. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities

All documentation must be attached to the application on the B2B platform.

The full-time number of the company must be at least 5 people to pass accreditation by the SB.

This Invitation is not an offer. The COMPANY reserves the right to accept any of the Tender Offers or not to accept one of them. Any tender offer that does not meet the requirements of the Invitation documents or contains provisions that contradict them may be rejected. The COMPANY is not obliged to explain the reasons for refusing to accept the offer, as well as to enter into any further negotiations or correspondence with the Tender Participant in connection with the refusal to accept the Tender Offer.

VALIDITY OF TENDER OFFERS
The tender offer must be a firm offer and have a validity period during which it can be accepted by the COMPANY, not less than 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of expiration of the deadline for submitting tender proposals. The COMPANY has the right to reject a tender offer whose validity period is less than the specified period.

CORRESPONDENCE AND REQUESTS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS INVITATION

Definition
The term "lump sum price" means that the price offered by the Bidder includes all costs associated with the performance of the relevant amount of work by the Bidder (including, but not limited to, labor costs, materials, overhead costs and margin), as well as that the Bidder must perform the corresponding amount of work at the specified price, regardless of the actual costs of the Bidder.

SUBCONTRACTOR / JOINT VENTURES
If a tender Participant offers to involve any other company (either affiliated with it or not) in the provision of services, or any part of the services, such involvement will put the other company in the position of a subcontractor who will not be a party to any contract concluded between the COMPANY and the Tender Participant. All major subcontractors must be specified.

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER PROPOSALS
Only those Tender Proposals that the COMPANY considers fully relevant to the tender documentation are evaluated.
After the stage of evaluation of applications and commercial proposals of participants, the 4 most profitable ones will be selected according to economic and technical criteria and invited to the stage of negotiations with the bidding stage regarding the initially declared value.
The term of conclusion of the contract is 20 days from the date of signing by the customer of the protocol on the results of the purchase.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Tender Participant's offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the offer by sending a written notification by the COMPANY to the Tender Participant. The BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Tender Participant to obtain explanations or changes to the Tender Participant's offer or may accept the Tender Participant's offer without any discussion or agreement on the terms of the Tender Participant's offer.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
The COMPANY is not responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the Tender Participant in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the agreement of the terms of the contract.
