EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS

After the stage of evaluating bids and commercial proposals, the participants will be selected 4 of the most profitable in terms of economic and technical criteria and invited to the stage of negotiations with the stage of bidding regarding the initially declared value.
The term for the conclusion of the contract is 20 days from the date of the signing by the customer of the protocol on the results of the purchase.
ACCEPT OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Bidder's offer may be accepted by the SOCIETY at any time during the validity of the offer by sending a written notification from the SOCIETY to the Bidder.
