Payment terms:Terms of payment:
1) Advance payment is made only to Contractors who have passed basic accreditation from the Customer and received a positive opinion on financial stability. Otherwise, the advance payment is not carried out.
2) The amount of the advance payment is not more than 30% of the total estimated cost and not more than the total cost of the materials included in the estimate.
3) If the amount of the advance is 5 million rubles or more, then the conditions described in clauses 14.9-14.11 of the draft Contract of Work (see Appendix 7 to the Bid Notice on the Call for Bidding) are applied when the Contractor provides a bank guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to refund the advance payment (advance payment).
4) If the term of construction works is more than 60 calendar days, then payment for the work performed is carried out in stages with a deferral period agreed upon based on the results of the procurement procedure, from the date of signing the COP-2, COP-3 on the actually completed works without comments from the Customer.
5) The Customer's terms of postponement of payment - 90 calendar days.
Other conditions of deferred payment – are the subject of competitive bidding process during the rebidding period due to the improvement of other conditions (prices, work deadlines, if the deadlines are set by the Customer in the Terms of Reference).
