• Appendix No. 3 - Application form for the participant in Excel format;
• Appendix No. 4 - Counterparty card in Excel format;
• Lease agreement (certificate of ownership) of the production premises.

Please, note! Participants who did not attach the full package of documents on the electronic site or documents filled in inappropriately are not allowed in the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in further selection.
