To participate in the request for proposals, JSC ELMA must send the following package of documents for your organization according to the list below, certified with the seal and signature of the Contracting Organization supervisor ("COPIA VERNA"):

1. Offer and 2nd Offer Sheet (Ref. Sheet);
2. Statement of work volumes;
3. Counterparty card
4. A copy of the decision to appoint a director
5. A copy of the Director's passport (the person who has the right to act on behalf of the counterparty without power of attorney) is the first sheet and registration sheet;
6. A copy of the contractor's passport and original power of attorney;
7. Tax Authority Accounting Certificates
8. EGRUL Extract

All documentation must be attached to the B2B application.

The company must have a staff of at least 5 people to be accredited by the SB.

This Invitation is not an offer. THE SOCIETY reserves the right to accept any of the Tender Offers or not accept any of them. Any tender offer that does not comply with the requirements of the Invitation Documents or contain contrary provisions may be rejected. THE COMPANY has no duty to explain the reasons for refusing to accept the offer, nor to enter into any further negotiations or correspondence with the Tender Participant in connection with the refusal to accept Tender Offer.

TENDER OFFERS ACTION
The tender offer must constitute a firm offer and have an expiration period during which it may be accepted by the SOCIETY, at least 50 (fifty) calendar days from expiration tender offers deadline. THE SOCIETY is entitled to reject a tender offer that is less than the specified time limit.

CORRESPONDENCE AND ENQUIRIES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS INVITATION

Defining
The term "lump-sum price" means that the price offered by the Tender Participant includes all costs associated with the Participant's performance of the relevant volume of work (including, in addition to other things, labor costs, materials, overhead and margin), and that the Tender Participant must perform the appropriate amount of work at the specified price, regardless of actual costs Tender participant.

SUBCONTRACTOR/JOINT VENTURES
If the Tender participant proposes to involve any other company (both affiliated with or not) to provide services or some part of the services, such an attraction will put another company in the position of a subcontractor who will not be a party to any contract entered into between the COMPANY and the Tender Party. All major subcontractors must be listed.

BID BID ASSESSMENT AND COMPARISON
Only those Tender Offers which the COMPANY deems to be fully compliant with the tender documents are evaluated.
After the evaluation phase of bids and commercial bids, participants will be selected the 4 most advantageous on economic and technical criteria and invited to the negotiation phase with the bidding phase originally stated value.
The contract is 20 days from the date the customer signed the procurement results protocol.

TENDER OFFER ACCEPTANCE
The Tender Member's Offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the term of the Offer by issuing written notice by the COMPANY to the Tender Participant. THE BUYER is entitled to negotiate with the Tender Participant for clarification or modification of the Tender Participant's Offer, or may accept the Tender Participant's Offer without any discussion or approvals of the terms of the Tender Member's offer.

THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TENDER
THE COMPANY shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the Tender Participant in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the agreement of the terms of the contract.
