Comments: The list of eligible manufacturers and brands for the procedure is specified in the appendix [03 Terms of Reference.docx]. Other manufacturers / brands are not covered in this procedure.
Please note that in the request for commercial offers there are many lots. At the same time, participants must apply for all positions in the lot.
It is allowed to submit different manufacturers / brands within the selected lot (s).
The amount specified in the RFP is scheduled and may be changed upwards or downwards.
The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] by 2:00 p.m. on October 14, 2019.
All documents must contain the name of the document.
Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were not filled out properly, as well as participants that do not meet at least one of the qualification selection criteria specified in Appendix No. 4, are recognized as not meeting the requirements of the documentation in the future the selection is not involved.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 13:00 (Moscow time) on October 14, 2019 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, as well as posted on the electronic platform in the section "Clarifications" "). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, MANDATORY inform about this, indicating the reason, before 14:00 (Moscow time) on October 14, 2019 at Konkurs@x5.ru.
