Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The procedure is carried out in the form of a request for commercial proposals.
To participate in the purchase you must:
1. Submit a commercial offer through the interface of the trading platform.
2. Additionally, you must provide:
- reference information on similar experience of the company for the previous and current year (free form);
- presentation of the company.
3. Constituent documents and documents for security check (according to the list from the attached file). The names of the document files must match the items from the attached file.

4. Be sure to read the statement of work before applying. It is mandatory to sign and attach the scan "Tables of Compliance"

Not later than three days before the end of the bidding process, it is necessary to provide samples of all hangers to the central office of Zolla.


This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
