Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance Payment 30% up to the 10th of the current month, advance payment of 40% to the 25th of the current month, final settlement until the 20th day of the month following the reporting. One of the criteria for determining the winner of the tender will be the degree of improvement of payment terms.

Please familiarize participants with the attached file "invitation to participate in the tender KMC (electricity). doc".

Please note that the present purchase does not impose obligations on the organizer to conclude the contract.
The obligatory requirement to the participant's offer is:
- Provision of information disclosure on the actual costs of the supplier for carrying out the necessary actions to implement the supply of electricity and power;
- Full disclosure of the components of the electricity price.
