Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:cashless payment, 100% payment upon delivery of each consignment of equipment. Payment shall be made in RUB within 30 calendar days from provision of the originals of duly executed tax invoices, consignment notes to the Customer.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 4 weeks from order placement, unless otherwise stated in the specification.
The products shall be delivered to the buyer's warehouse located at the following address: Moscow region, Chekhov district, Barantsevskoye, Novoselky industrial area, property 11, bldg. 2.

Comments:
The Competition held is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the option of the Supplier.
The competition will be held in the form of electronic bidding (online auction) in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the technical requirements (Appendix No. 6).

A prerequisite for participation in the tender is the attachment of the final commercial proposal based on the results of the tender indicating: at fiscal registrars prices in Russian rubles for 1 unit equipment, delivery time, price fixing period, equipment warranty period.
