Payment terms:the payment for the transferred equipment is made within 10 (ten) working days after receipt of the equipment and properly of the issued accounting documents.
Delivery terms:delivery of equipment is carried out by the seller's truck to the buyer's warehouse at: Orel Region, Orlovsky District, Platonovsky Rural settlement, Razdolnaya Street, House 101.

The equipment must be delivered and transferred to the buyer within 10 working days from the moment of signing the contract.

1. The participant who took part in the procedure (which made the offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents and/or copies (the loading of these documents is not necessary in case they are available in the member's personal area, The participant must indicate this in his/her proposal):

1.2 Certificate of tax registration;
1.3 Extract from the Egrul, received not earlier than six months before the date of the competition);
1.4 Documents confirming the credentials of the representative for signing the documents.

This request for proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse all received proposals (applications) for any reason or to terminate the procedure of closed request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants.
