The priority for selection in the first stage will be: 1. maximum coverage of the item according to the attachment. 2. minimum prices. In the second stage - commercial negotiations. 1. The presence in the regions where the plants are located (ensuring delivery / availability of logistics centers / ensuring delivery through shopping centers, etc.) - Moscow, Tambov, Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Voronezh regions. 2.
