We invite you to participate in the request for proposals for the choice of stationery and household goods supplier (delivery directly to the objects of branches) for FCS "Carousel" in 2019 year.
The competition is not a contest (form of bidding), provided by article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code. The competition is a contest of proposals (invitation to make an offer).

Procedure and conditions of participation in the competition

Participation in this request for proposals is gratuitous.

The request for proposals will be conducted in the form of electronic bidding according to the application-specification (Appendix № 1) in accordance with the technical specifications.

The request for proposals will be 25.01.2019 to 14:00 31.01.2019 (Moscow time) with possible renewals after the end of the main time.

To participate in this stage you need to send:
• Acceptance of the terms of the technical task and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract of the customer, in the form of an official letter in free form on the company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• Trading regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Application "Qualification Requirements" (Appendix № 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization uploading documents to the ETP;
• The counterparty Card (Appendix № 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the Organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the company is on the simplified system of taxation, it is necessary to send the confirming document uploading documents to the ETP;

The quotation must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the request for proposals.
