The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

X5 Retail Group would like to recognize a SINGLE WINNER of ALL LOTS, but reserves the right to recognize the winners of the procedure for one or a group of positions and reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
We draw your attention to the fact that in the form of bidding "Request for Proposals", X5 Retail Group reserves the right to conclude an agreement with the counterparty whose offer will represent the most favorable conditions for the sum of the criteria; the organizer of the request for proposals reserves the right to conduct a rebidding.

For each position, a single rate will be approved for all branches, the initial rates are indicated with a restriction. Please note that bets above the ones you submitted earlier will not be accepted categorically!

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The request for proposals will be held until 14:00 08.07.2022 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of the Terms of Reference and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;

The commercial offer must be valid for at least a year from the date of the request for proposals.
