Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms - 100% post-payment with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days..
Warranty - at least 6 months
The service life before decommissioning must be at least 12 months
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) without any edits by the ContractualCounterparty
The consent of the Contractual Counterparty to change the declared volume according to the specification by +/- 30%.
Contractual Counterparty to price fixing until 07/31/2024
Compliance of the technical characteristics of the proposed PPE with the terms of reference.
It is necessary to form a price offer in such a way that when calculating the price with VAT, the figure has no more than two decimal places

Other requirements and explanations
1.Type of delivery - pickup by and at the expense of the customer. Shorter delivery times are welcome.
2. The consent of the Bidder to sign the standard form of the contract in the edition of JSC Tander must be without any proposals from the Bidder to amend the standard form of the contract.
3.Attach technical specifications/product passports.
4. Admission to Call for Bidding is made after testing. Test samples must be submitted within 14 days from the date of submission of the Commercial Proposal to the delivery address:
Krasnodar, Solnechnaya str. 15/5. The recipient is Petrova Victoria Vasilyevna. The provision of test samples is free of charge, with transportation at the expense of the Contractual Counterparty.
Shorter sample delivery times are welcome.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
