When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:2. Prices, terms of payment:
• The prices shown in the application-Specifications (Appendix № 1) of lots should be specified in the corresponding currencies excluding VAT and include all additional expenses, payment of all necessary duties, taxes and other obligatory payments if they are necessary. You must specify the VAT rate in the quotation comment.
• Method of payment – cashless form of payments.
• The date of execution of the buyer's obligations on payment of goods shall be considered as the day of withdrawal from the buyer's account.
• The order of payment – 100% post payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works by the parties, provided the customer receives the invoice and invoice, issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation .
• In case the cost of the equipment is determined in foreign currency, the payment is made in rubles at the exchange rate to the Russian ruble, established by the Bank of Russia at the date of conclusion of the contract (or the date of additional agreement to the current agreement) (hereinafter-Kiskh ). At the same time, if on the date of order the exchange rate set by the Bank of Russia to the ruble of the Russian Federation (hereinafter-Knov) relative to Kiskh:
o -will increase by more than 5%, the rate by which the recalculation will be made and the payment made (total) shall be equal to: Kiskh + (Knov-Kiskh) * 0, 5;
o -Decrease by more than 5%, the total is equal to the Knov.

The approximate requirement and description of the equipment is specified in the specification (annex № 1).
The volume of lump-sum orders is determined by the customer.
5. Terms of performance of works:
• Terms of equipment Delivery: No more than 4 weeks from the date of placing the order.
