Payment terms:Prices for works and services are indicated in RUB, taking into account all taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation

100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days after signing the act of completed works and other closing documents.

The Buyer transfers 100% to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the transfer acceptance certificate (provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with the originals, correctly executed primary accounting documents). The Buyer's obligations to make payments are considered fulfilled upon debiting the amounts of the corresponding payment from the Buyer's current account. Payment to the Customer's warehouse is not charged.
Delivery terms:Place and term of fulfillment of the partner's obligations: Moscow, according to [05 TK brackets TSCH.xlsx] As part of the order placement, the type and final composition of the kits is formed by the Customer, and sent to the Contractor for launching into production.

Warranty and service obligations: 12 months and according to [05 TK, the TSCH brackets.xlsx]

Comments:
The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP.

Participants in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
Detailed requirements for participants in the procurement procedure are given in Appendix [06 Qualification requirements.xlsx].

The criterion for evaluating and selecting the winner is the best offer, based on the comprehensive evaluation of the participant's application conducted by X5 Group.
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity may be reduced unilaterally by X5 Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for prices and offers is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.

Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 15:00 (Moscow time) on January 30, 2023 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru with a copy of the letter Petr.Vlasov@x5.ru). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure should be drawn up by the Participants in writing.
