Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment terms of the contract:
- Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation;
- Customer application is formed with the appropriate name (with logo and/or without logo) quantity purchased envelopes and forwarded to the supplier;
- 100% payment shall be made in roubles upon delivery of products according to the heading of the invoice;
- Prices for products shall comply with the tariffs provided in the offer, within the framework of this tender and are fixed in the contract.
Delivery terms:-supply of consumables carries out Supplier.
Supply of envelopes in normal mode is not more than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application from the customer to the supplier, at the following address: Moscow Clara Zetkin 4A;
- All original bills and documents are available in the Central Office of the Bank by courier company-supplier at the following address: Moscow Clara Zetkin 4А within one day from the date of shipment or order.

This procedure is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
