Payment terms:The prices in the request for commercial proposals, according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Invitation), must be indicated in Russian rubles per 1 unit of measurement for each item in the lot, excluding VAT, but taking into account other taxes, duties and taxes for this type of product. other necessary expenses of the Supplier (products, handling, travel expenses, etc.) to fulfill the orders of the Customer.
Payment method - non-cash form of payment;
The date of performance by the Customer of its obligations to pay for services is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Payment:
100% post-payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the commodity-administrative documents.
In the event of a claim against the Supplier for the quality of the sewn goods and / or the delivery time of the goods, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the delivered goods, but not more than the amount of the Customer's claim.
Delivery terms:No later than December 18, 2020
It is necessary to provide a test copy of the suit upon additional request at the end of the TOP 3 minimum purchase cost procedure.

Within an hour after the end of the auction, it is necessary to download the final Commercial offer based on the results of the procedure, indicating: the price submitted on the E-Marketplace for each lot in USD excluding VAT.

This RFP is not a tender (form of bidding) within the meaning of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and shall not cause any legal obligations of the Buyer to select the Supplier.
