PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the Prequalification of bidders for the selection of a supplier for the manufacture and supply of advertising and information materials (RIM) intended for use in outdoor advertising (UN) for the promotion and sale of products and services for branches of the Central region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 3 years
Prequalification is carried out with the aim of identifying contractors who will subsequently be able to take part in a procurement event (competitive selection of suppliers) for the above-mentioned procurement category in the Central Region of VimpelCom PJSC.
The procedure is carried out in stages:
1. stage - Qualification of participants (gathering information about participants, conducting expert examination of participants for compliance with qualification requirements):
1.1. The statement of compliance with the qualification requirements must indicate which territories your company claims to be.
1.2. Participation in all lots is optional
2. Stage - Pre-qualified participants are invited to participate in the competition (commercial stage), where participants are evaluated by the price level.
Prequalification of bidders is carried out to provide services in the branches of the Central region of VimpelCom PJSC in the following cities:
Yoshkar-Ola, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Saratov, Saransk, Togliatti, Samara, Orenburg, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov, Syktyvkar, Kurgan, Tyumen, Surgut
To participate in the prequalification, please, within the time period specified in this announcement, provide:
- Member card (with contact person) in xls format .;
- Supplier data in xls format .;
- Privacy statement (scan copy in pdf format.)
- Application form (in doc. Format and scan copy in pdf format);
- Statement of compliance with qualification requirements (in xls. Format and a scanned copy in pdf format), including ALL Supporting documents specified in the Statement of compliance with qualification requirements;
- Letter of attestation of non-affiliation (scan copy in pdf.);
- Statement of Consent (scan copy in pdf.);
- filled-in fin.analysis template in xls format.
All documents submitted must be certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the participating company.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
• easy to read;
• saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
