Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites you to take part in an additional prequalification selection at the choice of a supplier for the production and supply of advertising and information materials (RIM) intended for use in outdoor advertising (UN) for the promotion and sale of products and services for branches of the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom ", for a period of 2 years
Prequalification is carried out in order to identify counterparties who will subsequently be able to take part in procurement activities (competitive selection of suppliers) for the above procurement category in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom.
The procedure is carried out in stages:
1. stage - Qualification of participants (collection of information about participants, examination of participants for compliance with qualification requirements);
1.1. In the declaration of compliance with the qualification requirements, you must indicate which territories your company is claiming.
1.2. Participation in all lots is optional
2. stage - Participants who have passed the pre-qualification selection will be invited to participate in competitions (commercial stage), where the participants' proposals are assessed according to the price offer level.
Prequalification is carried out for the provision of services in the branches of the Central region of PJSC VimpelCom in the cities:
Yoshkar-Ola, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Saratov, Saransk, Togliatti, Samara, Orenburg, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov, Syktyvkar, Kurgan, Tyumen, Surgut
