Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the Preliminary qualification selection for the selection of a supplier for the manufacture and supply of advertising and information materials (RIM) intended for use in outdoor advertising (UN) for the promotion and sale of products and services for branches of the Central Region of PJSC "VimpelCom" for a period of 3 years
Prequalification is carried out in order to determine contractors who will subsequently be able to participate in a procurement event (competitive selection of suppliers) for the above category of purchases in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom.
The procedure is carried out in stages:
Stage 1 - Qualification of participants (collecting information about participants, conducting an examination of participants for compliance with qualification requirements):
1.1. In the application for compliance with qualification requirements, it is necessary to indicate which territories your company is applying for.
1.2. Participation in all lots is not mandatory
Stage 2 – Participants who have passed the prequalification selection are invited to participate in the competition (commercial stage), where the participants' proposals are evaluated according to the level of the price offer.
Preliminary qualification selection is carried out for the provision of services in the branches of the Central Region of PJSC "VimpelCom" in the cities:
Yoshkar-Ola, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Saratov, Saransk, Tolyatti, Samara, Orenburg, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov, Syktyvkar, Kurgan, Tyumen, Surgut
To participate in the prequalification, please provide the following information within the period specified in this announcement:
-Participant card (indicating the contact person) in xls format.;
- Supplier data in xls format.;
- Privacy statement (scanned copy in pdf format.)
-Participant questionnaire (in doc format. and scanned copy in pdf format.);
- Statement of compliance with qualification requirements (in xls format. and a scanned copy in pdf format.), including ALL Supporting documents specified in the Application for Compliance with the qualification requirements;
-Letter of assurance of non-affiliation (scanned copy in pdf format.);
- Statement of consent (scanned copy in pdf format.);
-completed fin template.analysis in xls format.
All submitted documents must be certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the participating company.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document should be:
• easy to read;
• saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
