Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:In the commercial offer, specify and confirm the Customer's requirements:
1. Prices excluding VAT
2. Terms and conditions of fixing prices
3. Terms of production
4. The minimum batch for a one-time order
5. Terms of payment (higher percentage of post-payment)
6. A single price is required for all sizes and heights (if otherwise provided in the Commercial Proposal, specify)
7. A single price for the product is required for any circulation.
8. Labels on products are required (indicating the name of the supplier, product, size, height, other characteristics of the product).
9. Packaging marking is required for shipment via TC
10. Delivery terms – at the Customer's expense by means of a Transport Company provided by the customer. The supplier organizes the shipment.
11. Production of signal samples of each product is required for approval by the Customer. The sample agreed by the customer is the standard of product quality.
