Comments:
1. Price request for services to ensure compliance with recycling standards within the framework of the ROP based on the results of the 2023 production year;

2. It is required to ensure compliance with recycling standards within the framework of the EPR for goods:
- HOUSEHOLD washing machines that have lost their consumer properties, FCKO CODE 48251311524 (6174 tons);
- Household refrigerators that do not contain ozone-depleting substances that have lost their consumer properties, FCKO code 48251111524 (5161 tons);
- Freezers that do not contain ozone-depleting substances that have lost their consumer properties, FCKO CODE 48272161524 (2328 tons);
- Color television receivers with a cathode ray tube that have lost their consumer properties, FCKO code 48142121524 (953 tons).

3. Licensed suppliers are considered who have the necessary and sufficient amount of material and technical resources in strict accordance with the terms of reference;

4. All missing documents and questions that arise, please ask through the Requests for Clarification tab;

5. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an agreement may be terminated;

6. At the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier's form is considered with the mandatory introduction of the following liability clause:
"The Contractor is liable under this Contract for the incompleteness, incorrectness and/or failure to provide all documents that the Contractor is obliged to provide to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract, as well as for damage and losses caused to the Customer and is obliged to reimburse the Customer their losses, including those resulting from the presentation of claims and lawsuits to the Customer, the imposition of penalties by the regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation, in connection with this Agreement, on the basis of copies of supporting documents, except in cases where the Customer's losses arose as a result of gross negligence or intentional non-fulfillment of obligations by the Customer."
