Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days after delivery and provision to the Customer of the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates. The contract price includes: the cost of services, materials, loading and unloading costs, all taxes and fees paid and collected on the territory of the Russian Federation and other mandatory payments related to the execution of the contract.
Delivery terms:Term of rendering services: from 2 (two) months from the date of transfer of property.
Participants in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
Detailed requirements for participants in the procurement procedure are given in Appendix [04 Compliance Questionnaire requirements.xls].
The validity period of the commercial offer:
120 calendar days for the purposes of concluding the contract.

Comments:
The participant must: provide a storage area for both overall positions – pallet space up to 100 m2, and oversized - floor storage up to 1000 m2.
Oversized pallets with a maximum size of 6x1.2 m and a weight of up to 3 tons.
To carry out the reception and transfer of property in compliance with the following requirements:
- acceptance of property from the Customer;
- loading and unloading of property when it is received from the customer's transport, placed for storage and delivery;
- provide the Customer with access to the storage area to indicate the property in case of partial issue.

2) The participant must fill out and submit all documents:
01.Appendix No. 1 - KP form): Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
02. Appendix No. 2 - KA-YUL card: Excel format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
03. Appendix No. 4 - compliance questionnaire: Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
04. Appendix No. 5 - Consent to participate: PDF format (certified by the signature responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

The accreditation criterion is compliance with all requirements of the procurement documentation
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a tender and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
