The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

2. The purchase will take place in several stages:
1. stage (preliminary) it is necessary to provide by the specified date a portfolio of the company indicating the experience of working with sports and betting companies, the availability of examples, cases, teams.
3. Completed Customer's TCH form (Appendix No. 2)
4. Closing documents / contracts for similar types of work (without commercial information)
5. Further, based on the conducted technical and commercial analysis of the received proposals, a short-list of participants will be formed to invite them to online meetings and further stages.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
