Payment terms:prices are specified in Russian rubles without VAT, but taking into account all other taxes, fees and duties stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The supplier must put in the price of the goods transportation costs taking into account the delivery to any trucking company Agro-Auto LLC and loading and unloading operations.

Order of Payment: Monthly 100% post-payment, deferred payment-30 calendar days from the date of provision of S/F, consignment note, UPD (provided the executor to the customer the originals of correctly issued primary accounting documents).
Payment for the goods is made by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. The date of the buyer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay is considered to be the day of withdrawal from the bank account.
Payment to the customer's warehouse is not charged.

The prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out before any ATP Ltd. "Agro-auto" in accordance with the technical Specification (appendix 3).

Guaranteed delivery time is not more than 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.

Attention! The dealers of the manufacturers specified in the technical specification may participate in the preliminary qualifying selection (Appendix 3).
Other manufacturers/brands are not covered in this procedure.

The participant until 16:00 in Moscow on November 16, 2018 should fill and download all the documents listed in paragraph 6 of the RFP, as well as documents proving compliance with the requirements [04 qualifying requirements. xlsx].

All documents must contain the name of the document.

Participants must apply for all positions within the selected lot (s). Different manufacturers/brands can be supplied within the selected lot (s).

The annual volume in the request for proposals is planned and can be changed both in large and in the smaller side.

Participants who did not send the full package of documents through the "B2B-Center" system or submitted documents not duly completed, as well as participants not corresponding to at least one of the criteria of qualification selection, specified in Appendix № 4, are recognized as not conforming to the requirements of documentation and in the further selection are not involved.

Questions within the framework of the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 16:00 (Moscow time) "15" November 2018 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, as well as placed on the E. Site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure should be made by the participants in writing.

According to the results of the procedure only prices for positions are fixed (without fixing the total purchase cost).

The request for prices and offers is not a bargaining and it is not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
