Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% postpayment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the duly executed invoice by the Buyer's responsible person for JSC "Thunder" and 100% postpayment, within 40 calendar days from the date of signing the duly executed waybill by the Buyer's responsible person for Dixie South JSC.
Delivery terms:
The period of supply (cooperation) is until 31.12.2022. By the end of this period, it is planned to hold a new tender for the next period or prolong the signed conditions
Delivery procedure — pickup from the Supplier's warehouse or delivery by the Supplier (delivery cost will be requested separately when placing an order). Delivery by the supplier at the expense of the Supplier to the buyer's warehouse.
Product packaging must ensure the complete safety of the product during transportation.
The Supplier is obliged to mark the packaging containers that allow the immediate and error-free identification of the products in accordance with the Customer's order. In the absence of labeling, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the products without applying any penalties to it by the Supplier.
