1. KP can be) on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- amount (tonnage) of the proposed MATERIAL ASSETS. If you deviate from the proposed tonnage weight of the procurement must be rejected in bolshoju side on 10% of the total tonnage in the notice. Otherwise, the weight of the CMA offer.
- CMA cost with VAT, subject to delivery to the buyer's warehouse, packing (Upakkovka should be only according to the requirements of State standard Gost 14192-96 and 15846-2002);
- units of measurement in the KP should comply with the requested;
- relevant to the product (a free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract.
