Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer on the basis of an invoice, an invoice (if VAT is available), a consignment note and a delivery and acceptance certificate signed by both parties, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Customer signs the delivery and acceptance certificate.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out in one batch. The Supplier, on its own and at its own expense, delivers, loads, and unloads the Goods.

The Bidder who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. The counterparty's questionnaire.
2. Signed Technical and commercial proposal.
3. Signed NDA.
4. All questions should be asked in the Requests for Clarification tab.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
