Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer on the basis of an invoice, an invoice (if VAT is available), a consignment note and a delivery and acceptance certificate signed by both parties, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Customer signs the delivery and acceptance certificate.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods is carried out at the bidding of the Customer within no more than 5 calendar days from the date the Customer placed the order by e-mail to the supplier's address. The Supplier, on its own and at its own expense, delivers, loads, and unloads the Goods. The deadline for selecting the entire volume of goods is the end of the 1st quarter of 2024.
Comments: The Bidder who took part in the procedure (who made an offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. The counterparty's questionnaire.
2. Technical and commercial proposal (see file Appendix No. 2).
3. It is necessary to indicate the TOTAL cost of the Technical and Commercial Proposals on the E-Marketplaces for the entire volume supplied.
4. The delivered Goods must be new, unused and confirmed by passports, certificates and other technical documentation.
5. All questions should be asked in the Requests for Clarification tab.
6. Do not offer an alternative product.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
