3. The cost of technical services.the service will be recorded in the form of a price list with the signing of a separate service agreement. Specify the price price for equipment maintenance in the specified region in accordance with the Manufacturer's requirements. The cost of technical services.maintenance should include maintenance work, including lubricants, small consumables, decalcifying agents, etc., provided by the manufacturer, travel, transportation costs to the location of the equipment and should be fixed until 31.12.2023
4. The cost of re-departure must also specify the price list. The re-departure must include transportation costs to the installation site of the furnace and all work to restore the operability of the equipment. The need for a repeat call may be due to a request from the Customer about a malfunction of the equipment / the requirement to reinstall the program / the unavailability of the object for installation during the initial departure of the installer and other similar cases and should be fixed until 12/31/2023
5. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to attach fully completed technical specifications, and all documentation for the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference. Commercial offers without technical documentation will not be considered.
6. Within the framework of the tender, it is planned to fix the cost of spare parts for equipment in the form of a price list and should be fixed until 31.12.2023. If there is no manufacturer's model in the lots, the cost of spare parts must be attached in a separate file in the tender.
7. Within one lot, it is possible to divide the purchase volume between several participants.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
