Ranking of bids

The proposed model must be approved according to the admission card attached in the documentation for the competition. If the model is not included in the admission card, it is required to attach documentation according to the terms of reference in order to coordinate testing of an alternative model and obtain admission to the purchase.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
