Признать процедуру запроса предложений № 2404 по выбору поставщика на поставку установки воздушного запуска авиадвигателей MSU-400 (или эквивалента) для запуска маршевых авиадвигателей самолетов серии МС-21 для нужд ИАЗ – филиала ПАО «Корпорация «Иркут», приобретаемого в лизинг, без заключения договора поставки по результатам данной процедуры с последующим выбором лизингодателя несостоявшейся вследствие того, что по итогам отбора не допущен ни один потенциальный участник запроса предложений.
