The Bidder must complete and submit all documents:
01. Appendix No. 1 - Commercial Proposal form): Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

03. Appendix No. 4 - questionnaire of compliance with the requirements: Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
04. Appendix No. 6 - Consent to participation: PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

The accreditation criterion is compliance with all bid documentation requirements
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Group, including after selecting a winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
