Условия оплаты:Prices are in USD and include all taxes, charges and fees provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on DDP Moscow.

Payment is made in rubles at the rate of USD to the Russian ruble, the Bank of Russia on the date of payment.

Buyer translates the account provider 100% within 30 days from date of invoice signature TORG-12 (assuming the Customer currently originals properly designed primary accounting documents). Buyer's obligation to make payments deemed made by debiting the amount of the corresponding payment to the account of the Buyer. Payment to the warehouse of the Customer will be charged.

Supply of equipment on DDP Moscow.
Guaranteed delivery of equipment should not exceed 8 weeks of placing your order.
Frequency of supply - as the need arises.

Warranty and service commitments
The goods should be given manufacturer's warranty for a period of not less than one year.

Comments:
The participant must fill out and load all the documents listed in Section 6 of this the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [06 SoC.xlsx] and a proposal for a form of Form 07 KP.

Issues under the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted till 14:00 MSK 03/12/2019, the (questions can be sent by e-mail. Mail konkurs@x5.ru, and also placed on e-mail. Site in the section "Explanations"). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
