The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru and providing samples of products to the Customer.
2. Telephone conferences with applicants (conf-call).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru it is possible by promo codes (FREE OF CHARGE).
A promo code request is possible only after registration on the B2B-Center ETP. Therefore, we draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
To receive a promo code, you need to send a request to the following email: bolgarovaaa@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the name of the company and the TIN of the company.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay a subscription fee according to the selected tariff for the B2B-Center ETP.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory!
In the "Qualification data" table, you need to strictly select/fill in the values from the ones offered in parentheses (...).
It is PROHIBITED in the technical and commercial proposal (!!!) change values in all cells except green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format - must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic bidding center "b2b".
Attention!
All contractors of LLC "Mayak" must have a permit to work with GC Mayak.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
