100% postpayment within KD 30 after the signing of the TORG-12 invoice; item prices are indicated on orders in US dollars; the ruble equivalent of payments for purchase orders is calculated as on the basis of the official exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment of the relevant Order

Comments:
The participant must complete and upload all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 SoC.xlsx].

Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 17:00 Moscow time on December 8, 2021. (Questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru or posted on the email site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Participants in writing.
