Selection of a provider of ancillary services at the facilities of JSC "Crossroads of Tastes"

The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Bid-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Requirements Specification.

The request for proposals will be held from 09/26.23 to 12:00 02.10.23 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the Requirements Specification and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• Competitive Bidding process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• The questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Letter of guarantee for the provision of personnel for bids in the amount of at least 30 people per shift for FC, 15 people per shift for SC. Letter of guarantee on official letterhead with signature and seal;
• Willingness to make a security payment in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) rubles to X5's current account by wire transfer of funds to X5's current account. A letter of consent on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace.

The commercial offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
